The Lake Martin Songwriters Festival is returning for its fifth year. Scheduled for July 24–27, the event draws accomplished artists from across the country to Alexander City, Dadeville, and surrounding communities. The more than 40 individuals entered in the festival will provide attendees with a demonstration in both creativity and effort throughout their performances.
“We’re proud to host artists who have written for everyone from country legends to pop icons,” Sandra Fuller, President/CEO Lake Martin Tallapoosa County Tourism told Explore Lake Martin. “This is more than a music festival—it’s a celebration of storytelling, connection, and community.”
The festival is free to attend.
On Saturday at The AMP, a ticketed concert will feature performances by songwriters and artists as part of the Lake Martin Songwriters Festival. Gates open at 5:00 PM, and music begins at 5:45 PM. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased in advance on EventBrite.com
